Andrea Belotti - Torino's main man

Andrea Belotti scores for Torino
Belotti felt stupid without his ear trumpet
Torino have been one of the surprise success stories in Serie A this season. One of the main reasons for this is the scoring exploits of their main striker, Andrea Belotti.

Belotti has 16 goals to his name so far this season which is impressive in Italy's stingy top flight. He really is on fire this campaign and it's not hard to see why.

One of his main assets for me is his movement and pace. He is always looking for space between defenders to run into or looking to play on the last shoulder of the defender to get in behind. This makes him a dream to play with for his midfielders as his runs mean there's always a ball on.

He is also good at linking play up and holding the ball for his team. If you watch him play, he drops deep when needed to collect the ball and bring team mates into play. This is invaluable for a side especially one like Torino.

He also has a great work rate, constantly harrying defenders and never letting them settle. This guy really does defend from the front and that is so useful in unsettling the other team and keeping Torino on the front foot.

Looks like he will score 20+ easily this season and he well deserves it.
